gu99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gu99 ("gu99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the gu99 website at gu99.io, including all betting, gaming, promotional, and support services offered thereon. By creating an account or using any gu99 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the gu99 platform.

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the gu99 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible via gu99.io.
• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted under applicable law or gu99 policy.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox during sign-up, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your Account.

These Terms are supplemented by the gu99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the scope of that promotion only.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. gu99 strictly enforces this age limit. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any balance returned to the originating payment method after a mandatory review period.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed for and primarily targeted at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using gu99 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. gu99 makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate for use in any location other than Bangladesh.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on gu99. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. gu99 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation, including a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. gu99 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login details. You must notify gu99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting gu99 support. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gu99 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following locally supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. gu99 does not currently support international credit or debit card transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account wallet within seconds of a successful transfer confirmation. gu99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or scheduled maintenance windows. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance (Bonus Funds are excluded until wagering requirements are met).
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the gu99 finance team.
• There must be no open fraud, collusion, or integrity investigation linked to your Account.

Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment provider and the time of request. gu99 reserves the right to extend this timeline for Accounts undergoing enhanced review.

5.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are determined by the relevant payment provider, gu99's internal risk controls, and your Account's verification tier. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account. gu99 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and cashback promotions offered by gu99 are governed by these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

gu99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, multi-accounting to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinated wagering between multiple accounts. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings cancelled, and the Account may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. Full terms for the welcome bonus — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry period — are published on the Promotions page and must be read before opting in. gu99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on gu99 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. gu99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of price manipulation, data errors, or breach of these Terms. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided where the outcome of the event is already known or where in-play betting has not been explicitly enabled.

7.2 Odds and Prices

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet. gu99 is not liable for any technical failure that results in an incorrect price being displayed. Any bet accepted at a manifestly incorrect price may be voided at gu99's discretion, and the stake returned to the Player's Account.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types. These limits vary by sport, market, event, and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. gu99 reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake applicable to any Account at any time without prior notice.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment, incorrect odds due to a manifest error, duplicate bet placement due to a system error, or where the governing sports body declares the result void. Voided bets do not count towards wagering requirement calculations.

8. Casino & Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on the gu99 platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology and, in the case of live dealer products, studio-based real dealers streamed in real time. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available from the game information panel within the game interface.

gu99 is not the primary operator of the underlying game software. Games are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a session, the affected round may be voided and the round stake returned to the Player's Balance. gu99 accepts no liability for losses arising from a game provider's system error beyond the return of the affected round stake.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gu99 platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Money laundering or using gu99 to conduct any financial transaction related to illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against gu99 deposits without prior authorisation from the support team.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gu99 staff or other players.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in the matter being referred to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gu99 Platform — including but not limited to the gu99 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of gu99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of gu99 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gu99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss caused by events outside gu99's reasonable control, including network failures, power outages, or actions of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence. gu99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

gu99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gu99 may collect, store, and process your personal information — including identity documents submitted during KYC — for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement. gu99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Responsible Gaming

gu99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all gu99 marketing. This action is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gu99's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
